Are Dominican people black?
Some are, some aren’t. Most are mulattos, obviously mixed. There are white Dominicans, black Dominicans, and lots and lots of brown and tan Dominicans. That’s if you mean Dominicans from the Dominican Republic. There is an island named Dominica in the Caribbean where most of the people are black, and they are also called Dominicans There are about 8 million Dominicans in the Dominican Republic, on the Eastern 13/20ths of the island of Hispaniola, and fewer than a half million people on Dominica.
