Are employees required to work in hotel/motel rooms and work camps that have designated smoking rooms?

0

Employees who may be required to carry out work in an individual hotel/motel room or work camp room that have been designated as smoking rooms (ie: housekeeping or maintenance staff) have the right of refusal, as a room in which smoking is permitted does not provide a smoke-free workplace for that employee.
