Are existing expense forms being changed for Project Arian or used as they are currently?
A. Existing claim forms have been amended to accommodate changes in the expenses process in Oracle. Key users from Schools/ Directorates have been involved in the change /design of the new forms. UK Expenses for staff and students will be entered onto Oracle by Schools and Directorate finance person. All new requisition forms, payment grids, expenses forms and other finance forms are available here.
