I have been pregnant twice now and each time suffered a miscarriage. My partner and I were over the moon each time but devastated when I lost the babies. I have been prescribed anticoagulants (these are drugs given to stop the blood from clotting) but the side effects like itchy skin and heavy periods are making me feel bad. I am absolutely terrified of having another miscarriage, as I am not sure we could not bear another loss. I am wondering what else I could try to carry a baby to full term. It is hard enough for couples that are not able to conceive but to know you are pregnant then miscarry your baby would be a heartbreaking experience. Imagine being congratulated by your family and friends only to have to tell them you lost your baby for the second time. You would probably not want them to know if you were pregnant again as they would show their concern making you even more anxious about a new pregnancy.
