Some are born lop eared, but most develop the lop as they get older. They should have the lop ears by 3 months. Sometimes they don’t develop the full lop look though. Those are called airplane ears. Remeber that the lop thing is breed specific. A pure bred lionhead or dutch will not have loped ears.
