Instructors can use the WebEQ symbol palette to enter math and science symbols in questions, possible answers (for multiple-choice, multiple-answer, ordering, and matching questions), and rejoinders (as well as in non-test content, such as a syllabus). Students can use the symbol palette when answering essay questions (but not fill-in-the-blank questions).
