Are national delegations expected to make an opening and/or closing statements in plenary at VI CEA. How much time would be allotted to national for this?
Delegations are invited to make statements both at the opening and closing Plenary sessions that would be 5 – 7 minutes long. Additional Information: The organizers are preparing a brief document that will contain information as provided above as well as other information regarding substantive and logistic aspects of the Conference. This will include information for on-line registration, reservations of hotels and direct transportation from the airport in Mexico City to Pachuca.
