Are Nike air citius 3 shoes good for parkour/freerunning?
Yeah those look sweet…you’re always safe buying running shoes with good grip for parkour, as long as they don’t have shox or a plastic arch on the sole. But if you want some shoes with better grip and support so you don’t roll your ankles (and you’ll have less trouble landing on rails and doing precision jumps), then you should spend a little more and go with shoes like the Five Ten ‘Chase Phantom’ (http://fiveten.com/products/footwear-det… which is the best shoe available…it’s got some nasty grip, great support for landing big jumps, and a solid structure for precisions. It’s close to $100 but worth it. Then there are the K-Swiss Ariakes, which are the only shoes specifically for parkour. They’re exactly $100, and I don’t think you can go wrong with them. But go with what looks best to you, and if you’re digging the Nike’s then you should be happy with them.
