No, anyone can use COKAMO. We are starting out with OCLC, but will soon expand the service. The survey we asked you to fill out is designed to create OCLC local holding groups to facilitate reciprocal borrowing between the three states. You can use COKAMO to send DOCLINE or any other interlibrary loan materials as long as you follow the labeling instructions.
