Yes, as long as the following certain eligibility criteria are met (see below) and the procedures as outlined below are followed: Eligibility CRP clientele must meet certain eligibility criteria to receive pharmacy services through the Community Resource Pharmacy. Included in these criteria is an active, “open” case with a CSB / BHA for counseling and or medication management as well as the CSB annually completing a financial screening. In addition to meeting the eligibility prerequisites to receive CRP services, clients must also meet three (3) or more of the eligibility criteria below; specifically, items B#1 and B#2 must be met plus at least one other selection from categories B#3 thru B#7.
