Are rappers really gangsters?
Put it this way, a true G never has to tell people he is. So this excludes most rappers, but not all. And not all rappers rap about being gangsters, if you really think that is what hip hop is then you do not understand hip hop at all. Look up some info on Mos Def, The Roots, K’naan, Talib Kweli, OutKast, Goodie Mob, Lupe Fiasco, Immortal Technique. All rappers who rap about real issues, not just gangster stuff. Don’t be like so many others and who bash hip hop without even understanding it.
