Yes, family members will be screened when the Soldier is on assignment instructions to an OCONUS area for which commands sponsorship/family member travel is authorized and the Soldier elect to serve the accompanied tour. This applies to CONUS to OCONUS and OCONUS to OCONUS reassignments.
