Are students who complete the Spheris Training Track obligated to accept employment with Spheris if it is offered?
All Career Step students make their own employment decisions. However, it is expected that students applying for the Spheris track will do so with the intent of becoming employed by Spheris upon completion of the program. Obviously, the final decision will be determined by a variety of factors, which must be evaluated at the time an offer is made.
