Are teleporters and/or town portals available?
Town portals, which may be executed any time, are not available. However, two types of teleporters exist. Some teleporters can be activated throughout the course of the game if the character carries the corresponding portal rune. Waypoint portals will active when the character approaches them. They provide access to many locations and the destination may be selected freely.
