ARE THE ANCESTORS OF THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLES THAT POPULATED THE AMERICAS DESCENDANTS OF THE LOST TRIBES OF ISRAEL?
ACCORDING TO MANY HIGHLY REGARDED AND REPUTABLE 16TH THRU 19TH CENTURY SCHOLARS, HISTORIANS, LINGUISTS AND ARCHEOLOGISTS; YES THEY WERE! For hundreds of years, many theories as to the origins of the indigenous people that once populated (and for the most part, still do) the Americas and the Caribbean isles have been debated by the scholarly minded. Today they are called Latinos, Hispanics, Puerto Ricans, Dominicans, Colombians, Indians, etc. Most of these names were placed upon them by the European nation which conquered them. All these labels which were placed upon them, are inaccurate perceptions of the identity or ancient origins of these people. Learning and religious institutions as well as the media all over the world have taught inacurrate facts and a distorted picture of self to these people.
