Are the ceremonies videotaped or photographed?

Answer – Yes. The ceremonies are typically videotaped. Please contact the Chappell Studios to place an order or get further information at www.chappell.com. There is a photographer hired for convocation to take photographs of the graduates after they have received their diploma. If you attend a ceremony, proofs will be mailed to your address unless otherwise indicated at the ceremony. Please click here for more information.

A. At this time the ceremonies are not videotaped or photographed. However the University is looking into the possibility of providing such a service in the future. Photographs are permitted at the ceremony. A photography area is set up near the stage where parents and/or guests can take pictures of their graduate crossing the stage. Parents and/or guests are not allowed to stand there for the duration of the ceremony, but they are allowed to go to the area just prior to their graduate being called.
