Are the cleaning costs included in the price?
The booked house will be handed over to you clean and in order. Nonetheless, you will need to pay to the owner or his/her keyholder the amount of the cleaning costs (if indicated in the description of the house). This amount does not include the cleaning of the kitchen/kitchen corner/kitchenette which is your responsibility as is the removal of rubbish. Otherwise the owner or his/her representative can request additional fees. If no extra fees are requested for the cleaning costs, you are responsible for leaving the house clean and in order. If the house is not given back clean and in order, you will have to pay the cleaning costs directly to the owner or his/her representative.
