No. The employees provided by the temporary employment agency are employees of Select Staffing or a sub-vendor they have retained to fill a particular position. All temporary staff persons are expected to provide the same level of service and observe Wright State University work rules and policies. What do we do if the temporary staff person assigned to work in our department by Select Staffing or another temporary employment agency does not have the required skills or just does not meet our work standards? Immediately notify Select Staffing and let the representative know the problem. If a prompt resolution is not obtained, contact the Department of Human Resources.
