Are the exercise sessions suitable for a beginner?
I have been teaching all ages and fitness levels for over 30 years as a fitness professional. When I have larger groups I employ a secondary facilitator; a leading fitness professional trainer from the UK. I have always instructed mixed groups of people and teach carefully.
