The Villa Condos are all designed so that you can “age-in-place”, meaning as your needs change your home can easily be changed to accommodate those needs. There are no steps anywhere in your home, there is a handicap accessible shower, the master bath is large enough for a wheelchair to turn around, the closets have a lower hanging rack for wheelchair accessibility.
