Are the Naruto movies canon?
They are pointless. They are as pointless as the fillers we had to endure over 2yrs in order to watch Shippuden. There’s no tie to the real story. Its basically a fanservice so if you like the series that much, feel free to watch it. Shippuden Movie2 was terrible. I wondered who the hell wrote the script for it because everything feels random in it. It was just so Naruto can team up with Sasuke for 1 fight, and they even made a new tailed demon called Zero-Tail… and according to the legend, you can tell a demon’s strength based on how many tails they have… so a Zero-tail means he’s utter crap… and that was true in the movie too.
