Are the projected freeway traffic impacts unique to the PAMF San Carlos Center?
No. Increased freeway congestion at peak commute hours is consistent with the impact of any substantial development project on the Peninsula near Highway 101, south of Highway 92. Traffic congestion on Highway 101 would continue to be a regional issue regardless of whether the PAMF San Carlos Center is built.
