All the properties for rent or lease are furnished to a high standard. The properties for sale are also furnished. If customers are not happy with our furnishing, they have the option of retuning our furnishings and cost thereof shall be reduced from the price of the property. Alternatively, if a purchase is made during construction, we undertake to furnish the property as per the buyer’s choice and cost.
