No, they are two separate clubs. The TC is a chapter of the Oldsmobile Club of America, and membership to the OCA is required in order to belong. The TC was founded @1990. They can be reached at PO Box 1010, Torrance, CA 90505-010. Their newsletter is the Toronado Times. The TOA was founded in 2005 by a group of Toronado Owners who felt there was a need for an open international club that did not require other club affiliations. The award winning TOA magazine is the FRONT WHEEL DRIVER and the TOA created and maintains the website www.toronado.org and www.toronado.net.
