Answer Yes. There is the Editorial Royalty Free License, and less commonly the Custom License option. The type of license is indicated in the product page and shopping cart, and there are notifications when you add content to your shopping cart that has a different license than the Standard Royalty Free License. Custom Licenses are typically much more restrictive than the Standard Royalty Free License. Software typically has its own license.
