Are there any differences between the Harvard and ASU Expedited MTA Processes?

A. There are a few very minor changes to the MTA as compared to the Harvard agreement. First, we have updated the indemnification to account for state and federal institutions’ regulations. Second, we have several plasmid collections that have special intellectual property associated with them that can now be distributed with a special addendum to the MTA. Two such addendum are included in the MTA that I have attached, which provides even faster access to these plasmids to your researchers! Similar to the Harvard system, we will still track and manage all of these orders in our database, and provide you with annual reports outlining who has received plasmids within your institution and what they received.
