Yes, there are translations for Japanese video games. Some are not very good though. The best way to find these games are searching online, i prefer google. Remeber these games are most likely to be in ROM format, depending on what system you are looking for games for. You can download these to your computer and play them using an emulator of the system. For example, RockNES will play origional NES games on the computer. When you go to a search engine, make sure to include “ROM” and “translated” in your search. From there it is a matter of learning how the website you find notes that the rom is a translated game. A note here, most of these translated roms are fan translated, so may not be, or may be perfectly, accurate.
