Are there any guidelines for leaving items at the April 16 Memorial?
Items left at the Memorial one week prior to and one week after April 16, 2008, will be collected (April 9-23). Items left at specific stones will be distributed to the families of the deceased (except for perishables such as cut flowers). Items not left at the actual memorial will not be retrieved and archived. The official date for which no more items will be accepted to Prevail Archive and the Office of Recovery and Support for distribution to families will be May 15, 2008. Items left or mailed after that date will not be archived.
