Are there any plans to link in completion of the IG Training Tool modules to receive a recognised accreditation?
The Digital Information Policy team is working with the British Computer Society (BCS) to obtain accreditation for information governance training. In the first instance this will be for the Introduction to Information Governance module. Users will be able to take the assessment within the IGTT as a formative assessment and then sit the formal qualification at a BCS accredited site.
