Are there any standard rates for European/ Indonesian experts?
No, there are no published standard rates for fees to be applied for European or Indonesian experts within the EIDHR micro-projects. However the expenditure proposed by the applicant in the project budget form (including fee rates for experts used) will be evaluated as part of the financial evaluation, thus taking into account as to what extent the expenditure is necessary for the implementation of the project. Please also note that the cost of regular staff assigned to the project must not exceed those normally borne by the Beneficiary, and rates must not exceed those generally accepted by the market in question. Salaries follow local reasonable costs and commensurate with the experience of the individual(s).
