The tube-type 112, 120, and 145 are my preference…though the 140 is fine also. Different attack and sound than the 200/205…in part to the hammer & key design. The 1-series models are not as smooth to play as the 200’s, but the actual characteristics of the sound produced are superior by far IMO.
