Of course. If you live in or near a fairly good sized city, there are commercial shops that are just waiting to put a pc together for you. The two kinds you can find are: *A commercial business company that normally puts business type generic computers together *A mom and pop or an enthusiast shop where they specialize in generic gaming computers. Look it up in the yellow pages under things like: Computer Repair Computers, General Business Computers Just call up about any computer repair shop and if they don’t build them new, most likely they know who to refer you to (which business) that will do it for you. I would work up a list of components you would like to have. You don’t have to buy anything on line, but you can put together a plan, and price it out on the net, like at Newegg.
