Yes, there are different versions. Exchange 2007 (E2K7) was recently released and runs only on 64 bit platforms, and we developed a version of Ninja that works exclusively with E2K7. This is a separate version / download than the one for Exchange 2000/2003. There are more E2K7-related FAQ’s at the end of this list.
