Are there eny good workout that will lose you weight without equitment?
A mix of cardio and calisthenics should work for you. Calisthenics are basically weight resistance workouts, but they use your own body weight instead of weight-lifting equipment. Examples are push-ups, pull-ups, squats, crunches, dips, etc… none of which require a machine or weights, but all of which have a counterpart in weight-lifting. So, if you can’t do bench presses, do push-ups. If you can’t do curls, tricep extensions, rows, and other back, arm and shoulder exercises, do pullups. If you can’t do squats with weights do them without weights, or while holding a couple of potato sacks over your shoulder. You catch my drift, I’m sure.
