Are there exceptions to the posted requirements for a position?
No. Candidates must meet the minimum requirements of any position in order to move forward in the application process. However, if an educational accomplishment, number of years of experience, or skill is listed as preferred, then candidates who have the preferred qualification will receive first consideration but candidates without that qualification may also move forward.
