A. There are no fees when you use an XCEL ATM card at any ATM owned by XCEL. There may be fees at other machines. There are also no fees when you use your XCEL ATM to pay for purchases such as groceries or gas. Some merchants also give you the option of getting cash when you pay for a purchase with your ATM or debit card. Since it is part of the purchase transaction, there is no fee. Bill Payer Q.
