• For Privacy Act systems of records, records retention and disposal procedures should be indicated within the SORN cited for the system. If the system is not subject to the Privacy Act and does not have a SORN in place, consult with the IC Records Liaison to ascertain the appropriate records retention and disposal schedule for the system.
