Are There Program Requirements?
Yes, there are several unique features and requirements for employees interested in participating in the program. • All individuals selected either as a mentor or mentee are required to participate in the Staff Mentorship Program for at least one year. • Mentors and mentees must attend a mentoring workshop sponsored by the Department of Human Resources Department and Office of Institutional Diversity. Attending and participating in the workshop is vital to the success of the program. • All mentors and mentees are required to: • Complete a mentoring agreement. • Respond to online feedback surveys provided by the Department of Human Resources. • Attend the Quarterly Mentorship Brown Bag meetings.
