Are there some NFL fans glad that Favre ain going to the Superbowl in 2010?
I don’t hate the guy, or anything, but seeing him implode against the Saints restored a sense of normalty to my world. Vikes should have told him to throw 10 pics in week 17, just to get it out of his system and satisfy that whole law of averages thing. Like a cow needing to milked, Favre entered the playoffs desperately needing to make dumb decisions and horrific passes – and it all busted out at the worst possible moment. I can only imagine Vikes fans howling in disappointment and disgust, but if they thought they could dance with the devil without getting a trident up their a**, they were sorely mistaken. Summary: Yea, glad to see the Colts and the Saints there… but it would have been something to see Favre implode on an even bigger scale.
