Unfortunately it is not possible to bring this kind of specialized equipment into each subdivision. The cost and crew needed to facilitate this kind of operation means it is not practical to use this method in every subdivision and street. Crews will continue to work to clear streets in neighborhoods, subdivisions and town-owned property to make roads passable.
