Are unlicensed providers eligible?
Yes, for Track I. For Track II-V an unlicensed participant must apply for licensure and achieve licensure by the second year of participation in the program (with the exception of those providing care in the child’s home, those working at a public school-based site, or those employed in a facility exempt from licensure by the DSS/CCL Division because it is either administered by a Tribal Council or located on a U.S. military installation).
