What is the difference between V3.0 and V3.1? My license seems to hang for a long period before starting. Then it returns a message “program not authorized”. What is wrong? I loaded the trial version but I am not able to run the program. I get the message “program not authorized”. If I use version 3.1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3 or 3.1.4 do I need to upgrade to version 3.2?
