Are White Male Officers more Accountable than a Black Female SES?
Readers have been leaving comments of late suggesting that their is an imbalance at Headquarters when it comes to “loss in confidence.” We have listed a few officers here that have been relieved for loss in confidence, but the question remains – where does the Director, Office of Civil Right fit in. Poor command climate is and has been a reason for “loss in confidence.” In fact all branches of the military have seen officers relieved following a damning command climate report coming from a DEOMI Climate Survey. Coast Guard has recently seen the very office charged with protecting the civil rights of over 40K employees come under fire. The Booz Allen Hamilton report confirmed what many insiders already knew, the Office of Civil Rights was broken.
