Are wolf attacks immanent with the highest wolf to human population in Idaho history?
As a fellow hunter, I have never been a proponent for increasing wolf populations. We have the same problem in Minnesota. I admire your sportmanship for not killing the wolf. If I was in the hunt of a rutting bull elk and had to waste two shots scaring away a wolf. I may have been tempted to get my shots a little ‘closer’ to the wolf. Especially if I feared my life. I completely understand and respect all hunting laws. But if it ever comes down to kill or be killed by a wild animal, I know what my choice will be. There is no doubt that wolves are a threat to humans. If you disagree, try leaving your little child alone with one. Wolves have no morals.
