We are not affiliated with Bikram’s Yoga College of India. Ame Onofrey, the Owner/Director trained with Bikram Choudhury in Fall of 2000 and honors the tradition in which she was taught.She owes much of her interest in working with those who have injuries to her teacher, Mary Jarvis in San Francisco.We have since evolved our teaching to consider, more fully, the injuries and conditions we face in our mountain community by adding postures and making corrections to better heal our injuries.Q: I’ve never done “Hot Yoga”, I usually practice Bikram Method…will I be lost and confused? A: This is a fabulous place to start a Hot Yoga practice. We have classes that average 15-20 students and teachers are trained to work with individuals in a group setting.
