As a candidate, how secure is the information I submit to BackCheck? What happens to my personal information once my BackCheck is complete?
All personal information is stored securely by BackCheck. Once consent forms are received and a background check is commenced, access to information is restricted to end-users as defined by consent forms and in accordance with Privacy Legislation. Information is stored and maintained for a period of time as required for privacy legislation, audit purposes, and client requirements.
