A. Only Certified or Gold Certified Partners that achieve the ISV or Custom Developer Solutions Competencies will receive additional licenses of Visual Studio Team Edition for Software Developers. However, we do plan to offer all Certified and Gold Certified Partners a discount on purchasing Visual Studio Visual Studio Team Edition for Software Developers.
