As a new UW student, when my UWYO domain and Exchange e-mail accounts are pre-created, how will I be notified about the account name and password?
You will need to bring a photo ID to the Ivinson 136 UWSTUDENT computer lab during normal business hours to obtain your account information and receive assistance with the initial password and password resets. However, if you are an off-site student that does not have access to the Ivinson computer lab, you will need to contact the IT Help Desk at 307-766-HELP (4357), option 1, for assistance with this. You will not be able to use your account to access your UW e-mail, VPN, or other UW network resources until this has been completed.
