As part of the change to our new Personal Internet Banking systems some commonly used features have moved. Below is a quick guide to where these features can be found in Internet Banking: How do I request a Bank Cheque?
• Select ‘Transfers’ from the left hand menu • Select, which account you, would like your funds to be transferred from. • Select ‘Bank Cheque in BMD or USD for local use’ from the ‘Transfer to’ dropdown list. • Indicate how you would like bank cheque to be delivered by clicking on the appropriate option. • If you have chosen ‘Collect at branch’, select the branch name from the dropdown list. • Type in the beneficiary’s name and address (you will need to enter at least the name and first line of address). • Key in the amount you want to transfer. • Select the currency from the dropdown list (if applicable). • Transaction charges, if any, would be deducted separately from the account your funds are transferred from.
