Assuming I want to start with one 16-ounce glass of juice a day, how much will the fruits/veg cost on a weekly basis?
It depends on the produce costs.. Well it takes me about 5 pounds of carrots to make about 5 cups of juice. So if carrots cost $.25 a pound, it would cost $.50 for a 16 oz glass a day. What appliances (perhaps more than one at a time) you would choose to make the highest nutritional quality juice (all types — vegetable, fruit, wheat grass and citrus) if money and space were no object. I am interested in a lifestyle change, and am leaning toward purchasing the Green Life or Green Power juicers. However, I want to know if purchasing separate juicers for vegetables, fruits, citrus and wheat grass would yield more juice or higher quality juice. I use several machines, each for its designed purpose..
